  • Local Preferences: Your high score and sound preferences are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and never transmitted to our servers.
  • Anonymous Analytics: Aggregated, anonymous gameplay events via Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the App.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., by contacting our support team).

2 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
  • Understand player behavior to enhance gameplay features and performance.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues and crashes.
  • Monitor app stability and usage trends.
  • Respond to your support requests.

We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics. This helps us understand how players engage with the App so we can improve it. Firebase Analytics uses device identifiers that are not linked to your personal identity.

You can opt out of Firebase Analytics data collection by adjusting your device's advertising settings or by disabling analytics in your device's app settings (where available).

5 Data Storage & Security

High scores and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to external servers. Anonymous analytics data is processed by Firebase (Google) and stored on Google's infrastructure, which employs industry-standard security measures.

We take reasonable precautions to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6 Children's Privacy

Stack Tower is designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

7 Your Rights
