All content in Stack Tower — including but not limited to the game engine, graphics, audio, animations, game mechanics, source code, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Stack Tower or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App or its content beyond the limited license described in Section 2.
Stack Tower is a single-player offline game and does not currently feature user-generated content, public profiles, or in-game communication.
If you contact our support team, you grant us permission to use your message to respond to your inquiry and improve our services. We will handle your contact information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Stack Tower is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stack Tower and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months, or $1.00 USD (whichever is greater), since the App is provided free of charge.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease. You may also terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
